FISHERS -- Matt Hayes glowingly recommends Portrait Homes and the Saxony neighborhood in Fishers. He's a property owner in Portrait's townhomes at Hannover on the Green.

"The quality of the product is wonderful. The price is right, and the homes are beautiful," he said. Hayes noted that Portrait impressed him with the attention to quality construction and to architectural detail.

Hayes was also impressed with the employees of Portrait Homes. "They are very willing to work with you and to make sure you get a good product at an affordable price," he said.

"They take care of everything," he added, referring to the low-maintenance aspect of Hannover on the Green. Hayes said the product is well worth the price, and feels that the value will only increase. "Portrait builds a great home, and this is going to be a really wonderful place to live," he said.

Portrait Homes' two-story townhomes at Hannover on the Green Saxony, which opened approximately one year ago, are "a very attractive option for a lot of people," according to sales consultant Tim Rogers. Rogers said that the Saxony community draws homebuyers for its many amenities and convenient location.

"Saxony is right in the center of growth, and Fishers is extremely vibrant and becoming more so," he said. The community is located just north of 126th Street on Olio Road in Fishers. Hannover on the Green is one of several residential subdivisions of the Saxony neighborhood.

Matt Hayes echoed Rogers. "I think this community will be just outstanding in the future. There is a lot happening in this northeast-of-Indianapolis area, and that makes it a great place to own property right now," Hayes said, citing the amenities of Saxony itself and those offered in the surrounding Fishers and Noblesville areas.

Saxony is a 700-acre mixed-use community, which on completion will include residential, commercial, business and retail areas. Fifty-five acres are devoted to parks, lakes, green space and recreational uses. Rogers called the planned community "extremely unique," adding that "people can walk from home to restaurants, dry cleaners, stores, work, parks, you name it."

Portrait is recognized for its quality-built homes and the attention to detail that makes the units "beautiful and elegant," Rogers said. He noted that the townhomes at Hannover on the Green are "a wonderful, low-maintenance option, carefully built and uniquely designed."

Rogers said Portrait Homes has a lot to offer home buyers. "The company has been building for 55 years, so we have lots of experience. We really want people to be happy and satisfied with their choice, so we work with them every step of the way to ensure that they get an end product that is perfect for them," he said.
