Saxony Management Company, the property management and marketing arm of Republic Development, lead developer of Saxony, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Hamm as Vice President of Marketing.

Hamm has a Masters and a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, and has extensive management, planning and economic development experience. Prior to joining Republic Development, Hamm owned and operated NorthStar Land Entitlement and Development Services which assisted property owners, developers, builders and others with entitlement, development and planning services.  Prior to his recent private sector experience, Hamm was Economic Development Director for the City of Noblesville and played a key role in the creation and implementation of numerous city economic development initiatives, including creation and implementation of the Noblesville Corporate Campus.  Before becoming the Noblesville Economic Development Hamm worked for the Noblesville Department of Planning as a Zoning Administrator and as a Long Range Planner.

Hamm has been elected and serves on numerous boards in Noblesville including; Noblesville School Board; Noblesville MainStreet Board; Hoosier Heritage Port Authority; Noblesville Schools Education Foundation and Noblesville Township Recreation. Hamm is an active committee member of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, Urban Land Institute/Indiana Chapter and Hamilton County Leadership Academy.  He also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Noblesville Redevelopment Authority and is a Head Coach for Noblesville Youth Football.
