Portrait Homes’ newest project is 68 two- and three-bedroom, two-story townhouses in Hannover on the Green, a small but key section on a main street in Saxony.
Saxony is a quickly growing, self-contained community of housing, schools, retailers and restaurants, office buildings and light industry off I-69 and Exit 10 in Hamilton County. It is planned to spread on the eastern edge of Fishers and Noblesville.

The model townhomes in Hannover will have a mix of at least four floor plans that include one- and two-car garages, two or three bedrooms, lofts, gourmet kitchens, patio and a soaring two-story ceiling and fireplace in the living room.
Homeowners appreciate the maintenance-free lifestyle, where their community dues are used to manicure the lawns, maintain the exteriors and clear the snow, Pasquinelli said.

The Hannover townhomes in Saxony range in starting prices from $149,000 for 1,712 square feet to $199,000 for 2,363 square feet.
