Fishers-IN - Model homes are now open at Saxony, the 700-acre mixed-use development off I-69 at Exit 10 in the Noblesville and Fishers communities.

The residential component of Saxony utilizes a traditional neighborhood development plan, offering a variety of homes built by Drees Homes and Executive Homes with floor plans to fit any lifestyle. When built out, Saxony will encompass approximately 120 traditional single-family homes, 100 low maintenance active adult custom homes, or "lifestyle" homes, and 20 executive custom homes.

For people in all stages of life Saxony offers variuos types of homes, including "The Reserve," custom homes built by Executive Homes, "The Cottages," low-maintenance custom homes built by Executive Homes, and "The Traditions," family oriented homes built by Drees Homes.

Executive Home's custom homes at "The Reserve" will start at $374,900 and "The Cottages" at $220,000. "The Traditions" by Drees will have a starting price point of $230,000.

When built-out, Saxony will feature an interconnected network of narrow, safe, tree-lined streets; wide sidewalks shaded by trees to encourage walkability and pedestrian activity; abundant recreational space including a network of parks, wooded preserves, community clubhouse with swimming pool, and walking paths; a planned collection of village shops, restaurants, services, and a pedestrian-oriented Village Center and office districts all within walking distance.

Homes at Saxony feature unique design elements including an elevated front yard with extensive landscaping, brick water table, de-emphasized garage, distinctive color palate, and raised front porch.

Thus far, traffic to the newly opened models and sales activity have been brisk.

Saxony is a 700-acre mixed-use development straddling the cities of Noblesville and Fishers in central Indiana. Saxony is planned to include 3.5 million total square feet of office, warehouse, and light industrial space, 1.0 million square feet of retail space and a total of 1,250 residences. Final build-out price is estimated at $400-$500 million.
